Shipping Policy
The product is shipped via a third-party delivery company and is expected to arrive at the customer’s address within 7 business days from the time of payment.
Delays may occur due to disruptions in the delivery company.

Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled within 14 days from the date the product is received.
Cancellation must be made in writing to the following email address: office@ramot-lv.com

Return Conditions
The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, clean, and unused.
A receipt must be presented at the time of return.

Refunds
In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount.
The refund will be issued within no more than 7 business days from the date the cancellation notice is received, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Returns of Discounted or Promotional Products
In cases where a product was purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion, the cancellation and return policy will be the same as for full-priced items.
